Eligibility criteria:

The eligibility criteria for the fully funded international scholarship in Turkey include having a minimum CGPA of 2.80/4.00 for BSc or MSc graduates at the time of application, a required ALES score of 55 for Turkish citizens residing in Turkey, and a minimum GRE general exam score of 153 for non-Turkish citizens; however, if you have a strong academic record and are modest, the program encourages you to apply regardless of your score. Additionally, all applicants, regardless of nationality, must have a minimum score of 87 on the TOEFL IBT, a minimum overall score of 6.5 and a minimum score of 5.5 on each component of the IELTS, or a minimum grade of C on the Bilkent COPE.
